4) What is your prefered spec for raiding and why?:
I was playing Frost last few expansions, but with all new changes, I like Arcane too and considering to main it. Frost is very chill spec (no pun intended), love the fantasy about the class, it is not very complex to learn but still hard to master. Arcane is the spec I enjoy lately, it is a bit simpler and more approachable to more casual people like me. Fire spec is the spec I played least since it is very fast for me personally, but during the pre-patch played few dungeons and it is very interesting.

5) Tell us a little about yourself in RL (please include your age and note that we are an 18+ guild):
My name is Vladimir. I am 33 (in 4 days) years old physiotherapist from Serbia. I lead my small rehabilitation ambulance and work as a doctor for the local football club. In the ambulance mostly work with chronical problems like back pains and other things like sport injuries, post-operative and broken bones recoveries, etc. The rehabilitation treatments are based on physical therapies, massages, decompressions and exercises. Beside work, usually spending my free time alone to recover and fill up my batteries since I work people who has many issues. I like to walk, read books, watch series, movies and to game. Also, I like to collect Kinder egg figurines and have very old collection.

6) What kind of guild are you after?:
I am looking for a friendly, tight-knit community, where you know people and group together to play and do silly things in and out of the game. Beside raiding I like to explore, do silly things and collect in-game stuff and looking for people with similar mindset.

7) Why have you chosen to apply to Blackrock Diving School?:
It is a long standing guild and seems like a place that I am looking for. At least from my perspective.

8) What guild were you a member of prior to your application to BDS and why have you chosen to leave them?
I was a member of Deathcap Sanctuary, decided to move out because I did not find myself there. They are very nice bunch of people, leaders are very friendly, polite and helpful, but somehow I was finding myself alone in the game.

9) As a guild, we have clear social expectations, including helping guildies, participating in guildchat, being polite and courteous, and generally fitting in with a group of fun loving raiders. What do you think you could add socially to the guild? What are the things you like to do most, outside of raiding?:
I like to explore, do silly events, especially now with housing. I like to do achievement, transmog runs, do dungeons, RP, anything social. Beside that, I can bring very bad jokes and Balkan sense of humor, that is something I should not mention while I am applying I guess.

10) Tell us something about your raiding experience so far. This can include experience raiding with other characters:
Started to play Retail during SL (swapped from Classic). I did not raid then since I did not have a guild, so I was doing LRF and dungeons while I was exploring the game. During DF started to be a bit more "serious" and got AotC for all 3 raids. When TWW came out I cleared first raid and then during S2 I took a break because I got bored playing alone and came back to Classic Anniversary. I came back in S3 and got AotC again. Usually I was playing DPS, even though I love to heal in games (beside WoW), but with new expansion, I do not mind to try other roles since recently I discovered that really enjoy playing a Monk (thanks to Remix).

11) We raid 3 nights a week. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 20:30 (server time) to 22:30. Could you tell us a little about your availability to raid then? Note the more availability the better and that 50% minimum attendance is required!
I am available most of the evening after 20:00 server time.

12) As part of raiding, we require good planning and forward commitment by our raiders, and an understanding that we have to rotate a little to ensure all raids are full and balanced. What would you do if you signed and we told you there would be no room?
Guild over member. If guild does not need me I do not mind to skip the raid.
